Very poor customer service. Every time I asked more than the most basic question about my policies, I received a "I'll have to check with Corporate" answer. I honestly don't know the purpose of an insurance agent as they seem to just add cost and bureaucracy with little value-add. We ended up pulling 5 policies from this State Farm office over skyrocketing costs with little explanation and not even the facade of concern over the increase in premiums.
