I know the doctor is great, but the office never called me back for appointment. I am assuming he is just too busy for it to matter. Go to living with eagle syndrome forums to find more doctors.

Dr. Hackman has treated my husband for around 8 years. He is the most caring, concerned, and willing to answer any questions either of us have. He is a one of a kind human and doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an ENT doctor.
Let me tell you, Dr Hackman really an amazing surgeon, I was diagnosed with bilateral Eagle's Syndrome and had left side styloidectomy done at university of Maryland hospital(Total screw up)not only i was lied to regarding removing the whole styloid bone also had an unprofessional surgeon with bad bed side manner, then I found dr hackman at unc hospital, dr Hackman not only fixed the messed up left side by previous surgeon he also took care of the right side at the same time and best part was i was pain free after couple of ... read more
Dr. Hackman did an amazing job with my bilateral styloidectomy for Eagle's Syndrome. He is a very skilled and knowledgeable surgeon who is also compassionate and truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend him! I've had total relief of my symptoms from Eagle's syndrome.
