Dr. Crean stepped in to handle my care when the other doctor in the practice did not listen to me about my past experiences leaving me with a chemical burn and then left on vacation. Dr. Crean provided me with the care and compassion every patient deserves but rarely receives from other doctors. He actively listens to your concerns and values your opinions. Crean is great. Office staff SUCKS! Do not book appointments that you cannot meet I showed up 30 minutes early only to be told that they were 40 minutes behind. You are 40 minutes behind @ a10:30? Ridiculous when I am only going to get staples removed and only need to see an RN and no DR visit. I have contacted the insurance and told them that there was no Dr visit and thus just a RN visit pay.
ATTENTION PARENTS! Do NOT take your child here, please take them to see a Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeon. Dr. Crean and his staff apparently cannot read xrays on children. I made the mistake of taking my son here. They missed that he needed surgery after his accident and just put him in a cast for 4 weeks. After the cast came off and three PT sessions with his arm not getting better, I took him to a pediatric orthopedic surgeon who said my son needed surgery since day 1 and would have to be put back in a cast for another 3 wee... read more
