Dr. Carrol did a wonderful job from the beginning diagnosis to the surgical after care . And the help understanding the next problem i didn't know I had till after the neck was fixed thank you very much

My name is Sue Sims , as a patient of Dr. Carroll i was more than happy with his care, concern and his ability to make me fill safe with each visit. I received back surgery and as of today haven't had any pain. I am so grateful to him and his team, if you're in need of an amazing back doctor I would Highly recommend him.
I recently scheduled an MRI, and the results were concerning, so I was looking forward to my follow up on 7/31 at 2;15 with Dr. Carroll. I drove 45 minutes in heavy traffic to his office, only to be told upon arrival that he could not see me and that I needed to make another appointment. There was no courtesy phone call in advance to inform me of the change. This lack of communication and organization is disappointing and unprofessional for a medical practice.
