The experience was amazing from before surgery up to now. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel important. Communication strong with all parties involved. My first procedure in Tijuana and I am impressed and cannot say enough positive things. Hotel was luxurious and staff was on point. My experience was great! Trevita made the whole journey easy. Whenever I had a question or anything I needed the response was immediate. The staff is so friendly and was helpful in every way. I had Dr. Hurtado and he did a fantastic job. I had liposuction and a butt lift and I am healing very well. Nobody likes having surgery, but I got to tell you they made it as pleasant of an experience as possible.
The Care Team with TreVita was great! From the first phone conversation that I had with one of the representatives in San Diego to the Care Team. Every question of concern was answered and followed up with a text and email to confirm. The process of my experience was almost to easy. I was treated with such care and respect, I was allowed one companion to accompany and he was also treated the same. From inquiry to post-op, the TreVita team has been amazing. They guide you through the process every step of the way. Whether you’re having a gastric sleeve or cosmetic procedure done, I cannot recommend them enough. I had my sleeve procedure on 7/28/25 and will be back next year for a Mommy makeover. Five stars across the board.
I have always been skeptical about having any kind of surgery outside the USA. I did my research and I got a really good first impression (and first impressions always matter) with TreVita. They made my experience, with going to tijuana the best. The handled everything for me. All I had to do was meet the driver at whatever time to get me to all my appointments.
