I have lived at The Rapids since 2019. Keri helped me find a one bedroom when I wasn’t able to see it ahead of time and it was a perfect fit for me. I love living here in Uptown. I recently transferred to a two bedroom and feel like my family is safe once we pull in the parking garage. Jennifer has been the kindest, most sincere, hard working leasing agent. She has always gone above and beyond for us. Keith and Amber are great too, thanks to all!
Lots of parking inside of the garage just don’t park on the Bank side
I’ve heard many horror stories about The Rapids, but I didn’t see many reviews reflecting them, so here is my experience. When we first moved in, everything seemed fine. I moved here to be closer to work, and the apartments are advertised as “luxury,” which could not be further from the truth. Within the first few days, we noticed the blinds were completely broken. They aren’t open any longer. Website still up and was able to make a resy. Show up and signage removed and no one there at 8:00 on a Friday. lol
