Dr. Trevino has been the pediatrician for both my children (16 plus years). Over the last few years his office staff has rapidly declined. If you need assistance from office such as recommendations and or test results; do not depend on this office to be of any assistance. Though we value Dr. Trevino, the Headache of dealing with his staff is not worth it. If your kid is sick, and you want to ease their pain, do not go to this office. They are a waste of space!

Worst place imaginable. Treat you like cattle. Took my daughter to get athletics papers filled out for school and they took days to fill out. Once I did not hear back from them, I called them only to be told that they could not find them. Then after being on hold for 50 minutes, they found them but they were going to need to schedule her for a physical. If I had not called to ask, who knows if I would've been contacted.

This was our first time there. to see Dr. Trevino. We were very skeptical because of the reviews we have read. We were expecting the worse, but decided to give this office a chance. To my surprise as we walk in it was a full house. We check our twins in and yes it was a headache the front office seemed very unpleasant when we first walked in. Once we were seen, by the Dr. Ms. Favela and Ms. Carol noticed our frustration and after all that made it all better, We forgot how frustrated we were .
