I am a huge fan of Tidal Health/PRMC clinic - my primary care provider for 10+ years. I made an urgent care sick appt this morning (6/28/23) with the on-call person, Treva Stuart, as my reg doctor was not available. What a huge disappointment. I left feeling degraded, humiliated, small & still very sick. While I was inside the clinic for registration, vitals and exiting; she made me stay outside the rest of the time, some 90 minutes, instructing staff to do the same. It's 80+ degrees this morning.
