Horrible experience. I got a wig and wig install done here wig was huge and wasn’t shaped for my head, I wanted a bob cut and it wasn’t bobbing at all it was thin in the front thick on the back. Lace came off within 24 hrs on vacation money gone to garbage. Owner seems very money hungry. She asked if I wanted her to do my hair I would have to pay more. So I got the shitty stylist instead I guest ?

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience at this location. My Wig installation lasted less than 24 hours. I even purchased her headband to sleep with at night and the lace front lifted the next day. The entire time I had a burning sensation on the sides of my head and felt like I had an open cut burning me. When I removed the wig I immediately felt the open cuts which you will see in my pictures :( I paid $850.00 for the Wig and $200.00 + TIP for the installation! All I can say is I’ve never been so happy, from the girl I booked appt with to Sandrine who I DM on IG ( I was referred to her from my lady in LA) and she had me text salon in AM and was able to get an appt, and even sent a pic of a burgundy wig I wanted, they were able to color and make what I was looking for same day. (which I never have had luck until now with). i found sandrine on instagram years ago & i've never went to get serviced by anyone else since then. her hair is the best quality i've come across by far. the hair is very soft and full and her wigs always last me year +. every time i sit in her chair she makes me feel prettyyyy. i trust her to get the job done 100%. most times i show her an inspiration picture and let her freestyle from it and i'm never disappointed. the styles always come out better than i expected. on top of that she always manages to squeeze me into her ... read more

I can honestly say I have no complaints from this business. I ordered 3 wigs from the website & I'm waiting for my 3rd. The product looks exactly as picture, she's trustworthy & Her customer service is excellent & that's hard to come by! My wigs are gorgeous 😍& I can't wait to purchase my 4th!!
