I spent a good amount of time selecting a product that best suited my hair. I ordered 3 in different lengths. The product took much longer than expected to arrive. After opening the package, I unfortunately saw that these items were no where even close to the products I purchased. I have sent two emails & have called as well. After reviewing the return policy, they only accept returns 30 days after purchase! No one has contacted me with further information & I can’t reach anyone either. I had some hair & scalp treatments done, then keratin hair smoothing and Victoria is amazing. Victoria's formula and method is the only keratin treatment I've ever had that not only completely straightened my hair, but kept it shiney and perfect for months.
