Lydia was amazing!!! I came in not really knowing what I wanted but Lydia was great about listening to me and talked me through it. My blonde turned out looking so natural and creamy. She really brightened me up which was exactly what I needed. Also gave a great cut and is a 10/10 person - highly recommend booking with her.

I was supposed to have my hair cut at Tress a few weeks ago with Gara, but she let me know the day of the appointment that she was extremely behind and would need to move my appointment to a different day. No apology or anything, but it wasn’t a big deal, things happen! I let her know my availability and she said she would get back to me by the end of the day to reschedule. I never heard from her again. Very disappointing, makes me think think this salon might be a bit overbooked or mismanaged :(

I highly recommend Taylor Schneider—she is the absolute best colorist and stylist. Her dedication to the craft of hair, incredible aesthetic sense, and commitment to staying current with the latest trends and styles truly set her apart! I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and completely in love with my hair. And super love the vibe at Tress - floor to ceiling windows and lots of greenery!

Secret gem close to the heart of Newport. Beautifully decorated space and wonderful salon layout. Perry is so very talented!
