Drove 2 hours with my disabled mother 89yo, when here stated we needed an appointment, which was not indicated on the website and they charged $10 per person to look around. We were told we could wait an hour and a half before we could look at the estate sale. The man that was collecting money and names kept ignoring my mother as she had a couple of questions and walked away from her. Very disappointed with this company.
I had one of the least professional interaction with Maura in 20+ years of working with all kinds of customers she is self centered, entitled and just not a nice person. I went out of my way to work with her and she went out of her way to smear my good name and reputation. I have over 200 5 star reviews on google, she manipulated a situation where I attempted to work with her in good faith and then left negative feedback. Very poorly run, don’t waste your time you’ll be disappointed. Not sure they had one employee who knew what they were doing.
One of the most delightful shops in old Newport. Decently priced items, wonderful staff and beautiful items.
I have been to many of Maura's sales and she conducted one for me last year. I have first hand knowledge that she researches every object that she is unfamiliar with to get the best price for her clients. Her staff is very good, experienced and friendly, including that cute retired detective from Newport PD who helps keep the crowds in check. I was very happy with the job that she and her staff did.
