Just ordered and got my gorgeous ring in matters of few days. Absolute lovely costumer support, answered all my questions and met all my requests. Just superb service. The ring is just out of this world. Stunning. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Just want to update my review after a year. I had a small accident recently with the ring and when I contacted them for help they were nothing but amazing. No interrogation, no pointing figures and blaming me. I had the most wonderful experience at Tresor Jewelry! I was looking for a special ring, and Puja (the designer and founder) went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choice. Her eye for detail and warm personality made the whole process so enjoyable. I bought earrings for my anniversary with my wife and they were tasteful and beautiful. She absolutely loved them. I also loved the experience of picking the earrings out at their Coral Gables location with Tresor’s owner Puja guiding me. Her family has been in the jewelry business for generations, and that multi-generational knowledge shines through in the quality of her service and the product. Highest recommendation!
