Let me tell you about the time I walked into Tres Toritos in St. Clair, MO with the emotional stability of a toddler who missed nap time and walked out so late the staff probably thought I was applying for a lease. First off, the chips and salsa situation here is dangerous. They don't ask if you want chips. They just appear.
