Horrible service, bought my friend a Groupon for her birthday and she went in to use it (not expired), and was told they will not accept it and get a refund from Groupon! Unreal and rude!
Stay far far away from this place-- especially don't buy the Groupon. I scheduled my appointment with a Groupon certificate and like many others they cancelled the day of the appointment. Also they redeemed the Groupon as soon as I called. The lady who called me (30 minutes) before my appointment was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. This was to be a Mother's Day gift and they totally ruined it. I wouldn't recommend this place for free. I bought a KTUU deals from them. They stood me up twice. they are very unprofessional and when speaking in person with the "son" i felt threatened. I do not recommend them for any service.
According to the hairstylist running the salon, she doesn't need our "chump change" because she's "been running this business for over 30 years", at least that's what she told me after she lost my Aunt's first appointment. We decided that maybe there was an accident and decided to set up dual appointments. HORRIFIC business! I made an appointment a week early and they accepted a walk-in instead of honoring my appointment, which I could see they had written in their book. I was 10 minutes early too so it wasn’t that I was late. The owner was unbelievably rude and the business had no parking because it’s next to a Laundromat.
10.00 haircut fast and a great job, also a full service salon/spa.
