PLEASE NOTE - Salon is under new ownership - Lisa and her staff are wonderful business people and give exceptional customer service and do exceptional pedicures - Lisa has recently purchased this business and has been doing nails and pedis for many years in other locations - I have been going to her in her previous location for a couple of years - you will be very happy now that this salon is once again being run as it should be

Tres Chic is under new management and it is fantastic! The new owner Lisa is friendly and professional. It is obvious that she puts the customer first. The newly remodeled salon is very clean and inviting and their rates are more than reasonable. I would highly recommend Tres Chic!

Purchased a yollar deal for pedicure...after having called several times and no response, not even the answering machine sometimes, the lady finally picks up and claims, the deal has expired even though today is the expiration date! I wish I had read the reviews earlier, and saved myself the exasperation of having to hear, ` $10 is no business...you spent $10`! If my telephone experience was this ugly, I can not imagine, how the actual service would be like, almost truamatic , as many before me have claimed! STAY AWAY!I

Sorry for your bad experiences at Tres Chic! We will take the ownership next month.And we will remodel and ready to serve you in the beginning of march or April. We have new nails technicians with a lot of experiences. Hope to see you come back. We will do the best. Promises!!!

I purchased a gift card from Yollar. I called to make an appointment for the day it expired and was told that I couldn't use it that day because that is the day it expires. I have not heard of a gift card working that way. The woman was also not friendly on the phone.

I was very unhappy with my pedicure and manicure. In the middle of my appointment the women stopped working with me and began working with another client. The women's husband then took over. He had to remove the color from my nails twice because it looked so bad. Then his wife came back and redid my nails again. I had to chose several colors before finding one that actually had enough color left in the bottle to paint my nails. My feet were still rough and slightly calloused after my pedicure. Worst pedicure ever. My mom and I went in together. I couldn't relax or even talk to her because I was so afraid that I would get part of my toe cut off. There is nothing worse than having sharp metal utensils shoved under you toe nails. Beware!!! Save your money. The paint job was so bad that we immediately removed it when we got home.

I went in with brown hair, wanted ash brown/caramel, ended up with bright ORANGE and YELLOW hair after sitting there for 5 hours. The owner Le Tran sent me home with foil STILL in my hair because it was getting late. I demanded a refund and she would not budge, telling me that it was the color I wanted. Ummm hello!! Who wants ORANGE hair. Never go here you will REGRET it. She has not freaken idea how to do hair and I highly doubt she has a license!!! OMG! Watch out fer her flying around on her broom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to get my long brown one lenth pretty hair lightly frosted. She started my hair @ 11:00 applied bleach and let it stay on my hair until 7:00pm that is bleace for 8 hours, I periodicly asked her if it was on to long and she said it was still carmel and needed to stay on longer. Finally I chcked undr the foil and it was white and was melted off.
