Beer Battered Haddock & Bang Bang Shrimp are pretty popular with the regulars. On a recommendation of friends I took my family who was visiting from Chattanooga, Tn there for dinner on Saturday, September 2. Everyone was very acomidating the food was excellent and service was great. I live here in Jacksonville and will be returning and suggesting to others.

My peel and eat shrimp were good. However, my husbands experience was not. French fries mushy; calamari was lifeless. I could not drink the highly chlorinated water after first sip.
At first sight doesn't look like a restaurant from the outside but once inside still looks a little dated but the food was terrific. Cook perfectly and the portions are outrageous for the price. Jackie and I had the seafood platter for one and we still had to carry out the majority. Looks like dinner for a few nights. Definitely one of the best seafood restaurants left in Jacksonville.
This was our first time eating at Trents. It was fabulous! Great service and amazing food. Will definitely go back
The onion ring stack is pretty great. The spicy sauce really sets them off. I had the whole catfish dinner with loaded baked potato and was disappointed. The fish were very small and well done and the loaded baked potato was a regular baked potato with two small sauce containers of cheese and bacon bits. Seemed pretty lazy to me. Pop had the catfish filets and was satisfied. Service was nice, so 4-stars.
