An excellent place to live—very quiet, very clean, and smoke-free; the perfect place for my children and me.
I don't live here but I live across the street. My husband and I have been harassed by staff at these apartments multiple times about picking up our dogs poop. We have our own poop bags and pick up her poop every time. The staff member said, "We have you recorded on camera not picking up your dogs poop," but then comes back a few minutes later and we ask for the recording, she says, "Our cameras didn't record it". Point is, we pick up our dogs poop, don't harass the people who actually do pick up.
Disgusting attitude towards customers
DO NOT LET THE LOOKS FOOL YOU! I was extremely excited to look into this property but honestly im glad things didn’t go through. 1. I was denied, no one informed me I had to keep calling for an answer on my application. It was due to my credit score so no hard I get it. But the manager said it shouldn’t be a big deal so I was definitely bummed at first. Place seems very suspicious and unprofessional. I was interested in leasing here and sent an email about 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from anyone. I then sent another email a week ago and received a confirmation for the email and still have not heard from anyone. I sent a third email yesterday for follow up and still nothing.
