Disgusting attitude towards customers
DO NOT LET THE LOOKS FOOL YOU! I was extremely excited to look into this property but honestly im glad things didn’t go through. 1. I was denied, no one informed me I had to keep calling for an answer on my application. It was due to my credit score so no hard I get it. But the manager said it shouldn’t be a big deal so I was definitely bummed at first. Place seems very suspicious and unprofessional. I was interested in leasing here and sent an email about 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear from anyone. I then sent another email a week ago and received a confirmation for the email and still have not heard from anyone. I sent a third email yesterday for follow up and still nothing. I've lived here for 5 or 6 years. I'm comfortable which is why I stay but mice are a HUGE problem. The other residents don't clean up after themselves in common areas. The laundry room is always filthy, I have had problems with someone stealing my packages left in the mailroom. There's never parking which I expected to be difficult when I get home late, but it's more frustrating when the people who pay for parking take street parking spots away from those of us who can't park in the parking lot. This is a nice luxury apartment building in an urban area. The best bang for your buck in the area with updated features/fixtures in the unit. I do not know what the rent is going for now, but it was very reasonable for what you get...free wifi, gym, lounge area. Downside- Walls in the apartments are very thin. If you have an unruly or loud neighbor, you can forget about living comfortable in your space. The rooms are tiny and lack enough closest space.
