I used Gel X came in to have removed and redone. He started the process of removing them, after they were removed he started clipping my nails which I told him no I’m growing my nails out, too late he cut one all the way to my nails which bed…. He asked is this okay, I said no I wanted to keep my nails but now you have to cut them all… he then applied the nails, started trimming them, I asked for short and had to continually ask him to make them shorter.
