They are very unorganized. They play games over the phone I was on one of their lists and was all the way down to 79 out of thousands probably millions of people and they had the audacity to send me a letter stating that the list closed and that I no longer have a place on that list not right people with low income that never received a dime in child support we depend on these programs to help us get on our feet
