I luv this place
They have a sign above customer service saying things like "we are here because of the customer", and "the customer never interrupts us, we are here only to serve them", yet almost each person working there makes you feel like you're disturbing them. Dealt with Bobby the manager twice now and don't even get a hello. Always makes me feel like I'm disturbing him and he hates his job. Too bad, because the location is convenient, but I won't be returning after 6 years of loyalty.

I dont know how this place went from having the most knowledgeable staff and best customer service in Trenton to what it has become today. The new counter staff are lost at best and completely unhelpful at times. I dont know how long the good will created by the previous staff with keep people coming in but this will no longer be my primary stop in the mornings as it has become a chore to get what you need from this location.
