After different experiences in the past I was incredibly surprised by how helpful someone was for hex nuts for my garage, I've been going back since for other items and have always had super friendly and helpful staff. Big improvements since 5 years ago and I'm glad I don't have to go to Belleville anymore!
Handy, pricy but available
I went there wanting to purchase a Canadian made counter top. They are made here in Trenton. The employee told me they don’t measure only install and gave me a paper to measure myself. SAID NOTHING about it being for a quote! Said. WE DONT MEASURE WE ONLY INSTALL. After a run around with calls he tells my designer it was for the quote and he comes to measure! Horrible service. Guess I will go with American Home Depot.
