I had a lovely experience today at the clinic. The receptionist was so sweet and got me in this afternoon (everywhere in Belleville was booked up until August!). I had an ultrasound and an xray on my elbow. The ultrasound was uncomfortable and painful and the gentleman doing it was really accommodating to help me bend the ways he needed for the imaging. Absolutely horrible experience both times I went. Second time I went, I left in tears. I almost stopped my ultrasound and left. So unprofessional and rude.
