Went to get a quote - everything seemed fine until the day of the appointment. Went in and the older lady in the front desk didn’t inform us that the car would be held for 4 days. When we were told originally when we booked it was a 5 hour appointment. After I expressed that she went into defence mode & made rude remarks. When we chose to rebook since we weren’t prepared for not having a vehicle for that long she continued to make rude remarks so we chose to not give them our business all together. Trenton Collision was incredibly kind during some minor work I needed done for my SUV. The work was great and the service was outstanding. If I ever need similar services again, I won’t think twice before coming here.
We have brought all our cars to this place, all I can say is, the work they do is excellent and will keep going back for as long as we can
