I placed my call to AAA AT 615PM IT IS NOW 1122PM AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT ARRIVED THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND UNCALLED FOR
Although I had to wait almpst 4hrs,the service was professsional from the moment the truck showed up. The issue is with AAA. THEY are the problem and reason behind most delays. This isn't the first time I've had to wait 3+hrs for service. In perfect conditions Ive gotten service in an hour. Reasonable. Rain or snow or cold ect..? Forget it. They don't contract enough pieces of equipment to handle this. Ive been told to find my own truck and they will reimburse me. Then why pay AAA? Thanks HAWKS TOWING. AAA CALL call made just after 7 pm on a tuesday evening and finally after 3 1/2 hours and countless calls to AAA here comes the tow truck with only 1 headlight working and its my fault the car broke down and had attitude he had to cross the bridge to take it to PA from Jersey... Maybe if tour truck had lights you wouldnt have such an attitude and after now 4.5 hours in the freezing cold your lucky I waited 2 days to review this Sh*t hole company. Fast and friendly. The dispatcher was patient with getting all my information even though I was not. The driver was very friendly and took great care of me and my car.
