My wife was referred to this business by our previous dentist, who retired. She got her teeth cleaned and had a consult to get an inplant. She paid what she was told was her portion of the bill, after our insurance paid their portion. She asked before leaving the office, after getting work done, if she owed anything else, and was told that her account was paid in full. Since Dr. Young sold his practice, this dental office has not run smoothly at all. We received a bill, a year after the fact, for over $700. I know we paid all of our bills, and we never, ever had an issue with Lisa. She was on top of everything! I had to do a bunch of my own research and go back through my records only to find that they never posted a $500+ credit card payment. Since SalemTowne Dental bought this place service is subpar. My cleanings have not been what they used to be leaving my teeth feeling about the same as when I went in. Recently I received a stack of bills almost $2000 dating back almost a year they say where never paid. Lisa always had things straight. I wish she was back. We always paid on the spot.
