Trent terrace is a family friendly apartment complex. The tenants there enjoy bbq's and holiday get together. Most of the tenants have been there for many years. Some since it opened. 1998- it is a small community. Although, there is a tenant who may have issues now and then, it is a great place to live. With great people in it.

I am a medical worker and care for a resident at Trent Terrace, and therefore, I am there frequently. I use the bathroom in the guest area right next to the office, so that I am keeping my clients bathroom free for them to use. When approached by a different resident to ask if she could put more toilet paper in the guest area bathroom, the female property manager just told the resident she doesn't have to let me use that bathroom. So greatful for this place!! Conveniently located and close to many locally owned businesses and grocery stores as well... clean and neatly kept up property with little garden areas too!! Manager Terri is absolutely AWESOME! She was a huge help when I moved in and answered all my questions no problem

Trent Terrace is poorly ran by Kiemle and Haygood also a Volunteers of Ameria property. They are a low income complex which has a waiting list. Although the commintiy has many complaints sometimes even daily they sit back and allow tenants to break the rules there. There managers have there hands tied because upper management does nothing about it. There is drug deals almost daily, meth. Addicts and tennents that harrass surround neighbors and there children.
