I would just like to say that your company is the worst company I have ever dealt with. You never return your calls and act like we as customers are some how bothering you when we call for an update on a pool instalation after 3 months of not hearing from you. Your people are so unprofesional and one in perticular as i know as Sue. We finally got fed up with your ignorance and went to another pool company and were treated like real clients and had our pool installed in a week not 3 months and still waiting. Very disappointed. Had to go elsewhere for a new pool. Better communication would have helped alleviate the months of stress of not knowing when I would get my pool. Called the competition and had a new pool 6 days later. You know what Sue, if calling once or twice a week was too much and disrupting your workflow, maybe you should hire someone else to who can be professional and respectful to your clients cause you are not, you ignore calls and texts .
