I have been going here every year for over ten years.. every year I am treated so positively and kind I continue to return. The techs are amazing… I have never been hurt or uncomfortable. Treated with great respect!!

Horrible customer service
I decided to update my Review after 3 years of going here . Today I had a tech named Lisa she jade sure everything was completely 100% comfortable for my exam from start to finish . Lisa walked me through the waiting area after giving me my bag to place my belongings in with my blue cozy cape . Lisa walked me to the room and helped me through the exam until we were Done then walked me back to dressing area waited to walk me out to Lobby and also asked if I was okay to get to parking lot very sweet and kind hearted tech I hig... read more
This place has the among the worst customer service of any bad business with which I have had the misfortune to do business. Since October, I have been asking to have my claim for an August procedure resubmitted to the insurance company without a problematic diagnosis code. Today, January 11, I was told that it is under management review (again) which takes 30 to 45 business days to complete. So, perhaps by the third week of February I will receive a telephone call from someone. Good luck trying to take care of an insurance ... read more
