Dr. Jarvis is an excellent Physician. He is incredibly smart, compassionate and genuinely cares for his patients. He takes the time to listen and asks the right questions. Dr Jarvis refuses to refill my prescription as the on call doctor even after my previous doctor informed me that the on call doctor would be able to refill my prescriptions.
