James (not sure of his last name) initially diagnosed the problem I had with my HVAC system it needed to have about 10 ft of the drain line replaced including the T trap. It was causing a major clog issue. He explained it in detail and was very professional. Contacted Trent HVAC on approximately June 29th and had their technician come out to diagnose a tenants AC issue. Was told because there were two outdoor units that there would be an additional diagnosis fee ($$). Okay whatever, I didnt want to make a big deal about it and assumed the rest of the troubleshooting would be straight forward and I could go with another shop in the future.
