Professional and courteous service.
Troy was quickly able to assess the issues we were having with our old HVAC system. He confirmed that our aging ductwork was leaking and inefficient, robbing us of our heating and cooling dollars. Troy was a no- pressure, needs-based rep.
I was in need of a new heating & air system this year. Todd Hawkins came out and reviewed my system and put together a sheet of 5+ systems that would work for me including all prices, warranty info, etc. He fully explained each system and was able to answer all my questions. Communication is great. Came when expected. Service was done well. This company has been servicing my units for many years. I will continue to use them.
I went through at least 4 different local HVAC companies before I settle for Trent Heating and Air. I worked with Troy who examined my system and provided detailed explanations and breakdown of what and why I’m replacing and the cost of the replacements. Some of these companies in my experience, was hesitant and unwilling when it comes to breaking down what you’re paying for in their quote.
