They say "Ikey Ingram, we take reports of bed bugs very seriously. We immediately schedule treatment for any and all bed bug infestations as soon as they are reported and do everything in our power to educate our residents in order to prevent re-infestations. Thank you for your concern.". NO. it's in your power to do quarterly inspection and proactive treatment of each unit. That's why I'm not even considering moving there. Are you saying with a straight face that people literally REPORT THEMSELVES?

i live behind the building , where there is a hole in the fence that people use to come and go from the building all times of the night , I'm woken up by loud talking and fighting some nights , i don't know if they are residents i just don't want them walking through my driveway . please can you guys please repair the fence , i have called you guys several times left messages for you guys to call me back and nothing .
