My upstairs neighbors make so much noise 24hrs a day. I told the security detail and the management company nothing gets done.
Management is NEVER available by phone, they NEVER return calls. The property is disgusting. Management and maintenance do not address tenant concerns. Some tenants do not have heat and overnight temperatures have been in the single digits with the windchill. The tenants are forced to heat their units using their stoves, putting everyone at risk.
This place is horrible. Air and heat has not worked for months, management is not the best. Super shady. Plumbing is bad and they are in no hurry to fix it. Elevator breaks down often. This place needs updating. Not a lot of resources. The people live here are drug addicts and none of management seem to care. You better hid your food, purse, and everything because they will beg and then get mad when you say no. The only person I like is the maintenance. They get new managers every 3 months seem like.
