If I could give a zero star I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and completely unsaved! Something has to be done about the current property manager, Nicci Reed! I have experiences woman be completely nasty with tennis in this building and she has a habit of pointing her finger and talking to someone as if they are 5 years old! On top of that, they do not give tenants notices when the hot water is not working, and the laundry room still is not properly working. This place is absolutely horrible! Please do not live here or have any of your family members live here! It all starts with management. I have a family member that lives here that I frequent. The management does not seem to have a clue as to what's going on. She constantly right in fractions and she is new. She has not taken the time to learn the building or the people. Trent center. East isn't what it uses to be it has gone down 👎 so so sad they drug infection and older people can't be safe and they don't seem to care to clean 🫧 this place up. So the senior citizens can be safe and comfortable with living there.
