The ones who rated this college admissions office horrible I didn't believe it what I read... but you wait and wait while listening to the staff make personally calls and talk with their friends like you are not waiting too be seen.... pathetic and and very unprofessional
Administration is horrible. You can never get anyone on the phone and when you go to see them You wait over 3 hours and still don't get seen or acknowledged. I've literally waited 5 hours one time to be seen just to be told I have to bring a different form in. They make it impossible to get enrolled and help with financial aide. I've been a student for 3 years now and it's never changed. Classes are okay but as far as enrolling you 'll have better luck trying to pry open a alligators mouth.
Nobody EVER answers the phone, on either campus. But when you're in their office their phone never rings. You have to leave a message and you get a call back later that day, or the next day, IF you even get a call back. I live 30-40 minutes away from the school and I have to drive up there for them to tell me something they could've picked up the phone to answer in 1 minute. I'm sick of this school.
I have been getting nothing but the run around since I have been trying to get into this school! They are nothing like they say they are when I graduated an got my GED they do not help in no shape form or fashion to help you to get admitted in to the school. The administration office staff is NO help at all!! I will not recommend them at all I am so frustrated with this school right now it doesn't make any since!!
Rip off.. They don't have a sick or miss day policy in their phlebotomy program.. They take your money and then say they will work with you when you tell them advance about your child going to have a baby and have a sick call they just drop you out of the program.. They just want the money. They say they would work with you but they don't. What a rip off!!!!
