Penny is the one to go to when you need ur hair done/colored. I am so happy with the results and she has done such a great job transforming my before hair to a pretty blonde! I am still shocked on how good it came out, thank you Penny!
Penny is AWESOME! She made time on a weekend so that my mom and I could get our hair done together! She listened to what we wanted and both my mom and I walked out of her salon feeling beautiful. 😊 highly recommend!

She definitely takes her time to listen to what you are wanting and is very precise about making sure your hair is “PERFECT” and beautiful!
