She genuinely listens to what I want to achieve, provides thoughtful suggestions without any pressure to buy extra services, and consistently makes sure I leave looking my absolute best. ZERO STARS! Not recommended. What my son got VS what we asked for. I asked for a complete comb back look and showed her an example Of what we wanted . I even asked if she knew how to do it and she sounded confident so we proceeded . Just for her to do an uneven comb over . And has zero customer service. Alittle Piece of advice , When a 6 year old boy is behaving very well during a haircut, don’t stop and go use the restroom. The girl could’ve easily used it before starting the haircut. Not worth $30 bucks whatsoever
