I had the worst morning today. I had a hair appt for braids, but the lady did not show. I went to Trendz to get a wig for my upcoming trip and Kiana was the nicest lady. She helped me pick out a wig and ponytail. I was so upset and on the verge of tears, but her kindness helped me. The other young ladies were really nice too, but Kiana went above and beyond. Thank you.
