I had a very unpleasant experience at this nail salon today. I have been here several times before, but this visit was extremely disappointing. They suddenly charged me an extra $15 without informing me in advance. They claimed $10 was because my nails were “too long” and took extra time, and $5 was for changing the shape. In reality, my nails were less than 1 inch long, and I did not change the nail shape at all. None of these charges were discussed or agreed to before the service began. I am always impressed by how clean this nail salon is. The staff takes hygiene seriously, and everything feels safe and well maintained. The service quality is excellent, and my nails always look neat and beautiful after each visit. I am very happy with the service and will definitely return again.
