Mi girlfriend went to get a pedicure and they would not let her leave without leaving a tip, she wasn’t carrying cash at that moment, she was going to pay with card, and they told her - don’t pay with card because you can’t tip with card, i had to go and give the tip to her to the salon, because they wouldn’t let her leave. Also, continuously during the pedicure they told her to do more things, to pay more, to get something extra, why ? Because they wanted a bigger tip. Don’t waste your money and time in this type of places.
The owner is rude, I visited with my daughter and her cousin we walked in and the owner said “what you want” The owner started with my daughter and asked her “how your mom pay”? Then when it was time to pay he didn’t tell me the pricing just told me to insert my card and when I asked what the amount per person he seemed to get annoyed with me asking.
My wife went to this place to get a fill on her nails while she waited for our daughter at another business in this center. The ladies that worked there were completely unhelpful and made absolutely no sense in their explanation. All she wanted was a fill with fresh paint and they told her they didn't have time to do a fill. But they had time if she wanted a full set. I updated my review as they list this location as accessible- which it is not. I struggled with how to rate this business because Andy, the nail technician I see, is absolutely phenomenal. His work is top-notch — my acrylic nails always turn out smooth, even, and long-lasting, which is impressive given the challenges I typically face due to underlying medical conditions.
