Made a pedicure appointment online. Despite the appointment being confirmed via email and text message, the salon was closed at my allotted appointment time. I attempted to call and received no response even after leaving a voicemail. It is extremely disappointing and unprofessional considering this has happened to multiple individuals.
I went and got my nails done here for the first time and I have gotten NON STOP compliments on my nails. The woman who did my nails was so down to earth and great company. She did my nails exactly how I had pictured + they had so many cute charms to offer! Highly recommend, and I’ll continue to recommend Trendy Nails:)
