Jeremy and his staff are terrific! They offer professional care in an updated and welcoming space. They also keep their appointments - no double-bookings or waiting. The lady who mostly does the braiding, Carol I think her name is……is not a good person. A couple of weeks ago I went to get my hair done and asked for a simple style of straight cornrows going down my head. I showed Carol what I wanted in a picture. Halfway through the braiding I had to stop carol because the braids did not look good at all. I understand she was upset with me for waiting until she was half way through to stop her. Excellent service!
Very disappointing experience at Trend Setters in Newmarket. I walked in hoping to get a haircut, but there was absolutely no one there to help me. The place was completely empty—no staff, no service, nothing. It felt like a total waste of time. Even as a walk-in, you expect at least someone to acknowledge you or let you know what’s going on. I won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
