Over past 3 yrs , I have made 8 appointments. Some for hair, some for brow wax. 4 out of those 8 have resulted in maiting minimum of 25 minutes to be told oerson I was scheduled with was not supposed to and not there. On one occasion I called to confirm , again I sat in waiting room 45 minutes to be told person hadcto leave for family emergency. Will not call them again Jenny Andrews
