Our lehenga choli was in a building that burned the day it was to be shipped. Monika was very helpful and patient as we were deciding what our next dress option would be. She offered a number of options similar and at a deal for the circumstances. We re-searched online to find the ONE we wanted, and decided on one of those Monika had sent in email as other options.
