I’ve been calling to try and make a appointment for weeks, always leaving voicemails. havnt gotten a call back, a text nothing. - terrible customer service
First, I will say the Salon itself was very nice and everyone else seemed very friendly. I would probably even go back just to a different stylist. I brought my daughter in and asked for “just a trim” we had an afternoon appointment and had washed her hair that morning. She took my daughter back- washed and blowdried her hair, cut her hair, styled her hair and then charged me for it.
