We bought 2 recliners in Feb ,one of them the cushioning was breaking down in one I called Trends talk to Nate he got right on it filed the claim within 2weeks parts were in They picked up this morning returned this afternoon and the.chair is even more comfortable now then before highly recommended this store
Jodi was so helpful. She didn't try to upsell and get me into something I didn't really need. She listened to the vision I had and worked with that. My 4 year old thought she was so awesome too and she gave him a toy for being good in the store. We'll be back for sure!
Unbelievable customer service was Unbelievable. Jacob was essentially kind to us, and went above and behod his actually duties. We feel blessed and grateful that the entire team helped us...not sure if you really understand. Especially for us older people that have no skills. Again...thank you again so
We came in just to look at couches, and normally when i go to a furniture store, unless i buy something right away i will not get helped. if you want information on sectionals or just the best customer service ever make sure to ask for Jodi Cooley! she was top notch and so nice!
