One of the worst home buying experiences, and after purchase experience. They rush you to buy, once they've deemed what is done for them. Then they make promises they can't seem to complete due to bringing in less than suitable contractors. They pick and choose when they want to get back to you on the items list. DO NOT BUY A TRI POINTE HOME, Tri Pointe Homes are very unprofessional in the way they conduct their business. They make the process of buying and closing a home a nightmare to their customers. First unlike Trendmaker's website statement promises, "We build every one of our homes to meet the highest criteria for excellence" and "Our philosophy is to do it right the first time" Our Trendmaker home experience includes 93+ documented home defects and incidences that are quite disturbing. Noting our home's condition, hardly anything was done right and the workmanship is nowhere close to excellence.
