Non existing customers service, they take no responsibility for damaged doors being delivered in the middle of the night. Saying I should have checked them in the dark. Photos and reports made but no accountability. Door treds with white painted numbers on them and they won't even send a replacement for that. I would avoid this company like the plague. Thousands of dollars spent for a sub standard product that is a permanent fixture in my house now. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU WANT DOORS OR WINDOWS

My Older style Double Hung Windows are a nightmare to service when counterbalance springs break. Access and replacement being difficult and tedious, I wouldn't recommend or buy double hung ever again.
Avoid using Trend at all costs, I am now in my 2nd new apartment where they were the doors and windows suppliers, in both instances there have been quality issues with their products, what makes things worse is they just make things up as to why they don’t have to come fix poor quality products. Then when staff do finally come the attitude and slap hazard workmen ship is outstanding. This is just myself and my places, these issue are across whole complexes.
