Had Trend windows and doors installed in a house built 14 years ago. We needed doors to be serviced as they no longer close properly.Trend Informed us that they provide no maintenance services for doors or windows outside of warranty. We were happy to pay for the service. Don’t expect any help once out of warranty..
Excellent team yo work with
Non existing customers service, they take no responsibility for damaged doors being delivered in the middle of the night. Saying I should have checked them in the dark. Photos and reports made but no accountability. Door treds with white painted numbers on them and they won't even send a replacement for that. I would avoid this company like the plague. Thousands of dollars spent for a sub standard product that is a permanent fixture in my house now. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY IF YOU WANT DOORS OR WINDOWS
Jared did a great job installing a cover plate, very happy with the outcome.
Horrible communication. Terrible service.
