Very impressed with the customer service by all staff involved, especially Demi and Bonnie! Top service, I will be back to purchase more in future.
Installed the wrong doors in our house and over 2 years later we are still battling with them to get the job to replace them finished. It’s taken about 8 site visits with them to get to “almost complete”, with the service people rocking up with wrong parts or not enough of something to finish the job. Very disappointed. Poor communication. Delays. Screen quality is poor. We will be removing the screens and purchasing through another company. Absolute waste of time and money. Save yourself the hassle
DO NOT BUY. Trend has been unable to repair a faulty door supplied for over 6 months, and they don't call to tell you if something has changed - you have to follow up all the time.
Horrendous communication and customer service. Our window frames were installed over a year and a half ago and we have been waiting since then for screen installation from Trend. When we do manage to contact them we've heard every excuse, including mix up with the order, lost order, builder error, no one has properly measured and fitted. When they do send someone out, which takes about 4 to 6 months, they have no idea of what the previous issues were and they usually have to go back.
