My 1st time there was wonderful. Everyone was helpful & friendly ! Had a chem shot done on my hair, got a hair cut and a spa manicure. Everything turned out wonderful. Thank you to my amazing daughter future cosmetoligist/ Kalynn Northcutt !

Loved my first experience there! Very friendly people and I got to get my hair done by a very talented lady, Breeanna Eddleman! She took her time with me and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it to be, couldn't have asked for a better experience and I absolutely cannot wait to go back to her in a few weeks!

Need more supervision on the floor! Very unorganized.
Good prices but some students are not floor ready. Had a student who it was their first Day on the floor " & I believe that they should be watched better to ensure they don't mess up a TRIM (that turned into probably a 2 inch cut) thankfully I didn't have to pay.
