I can honestly recommend to these two women, and the owners of Trend Setters, Stacy and Amy. They went to the Cosmetology program at Carteret Community College, so you know they have been trained well, and it shows. The service is great, and they really make you feel like family. They are down to earth, have great prices, and they make sure that you're satisfied with the results. 5 stars and two thumbs up!
