Extremely unprofessional experience. I had a highly disappointing experience dealing with Rafi. As a licensed real estate agent, he is expected to act in accordance with NSW Fair Trading regulations — yet he consistently failed to meet even the most basic professional standards. Rafieh sold the property at 11 Eildon Street, Constitution Hill, with settlement completed on the 28th of April. Despite confirmation from both solicitors on the day of settlement, the funds have still not been released. This unacceptable delay has caused immense stress and hardship to my family. Holding onto someone else’s money after legal settlement is not only unethical—it may constitute a criminal offence. I am the seller from 11 eildon st constitution hill The property settled on 28th April, and Rafieh holding my money in his trust account for a month illegally and yet not picking up the phone call / not reply to my solicitor. This is illegal. Please don’t take someone else’s money. This is WRONG IN AUSTRALIA
